  • Yes, we can color match any color with powder coating.

  • For standard glass configuration (1" OA), use a weight of 10 pounds per square foot and a maximum allowable deflection of ¼" across the opening.

  • Due to the wide range of construction materials used in the field, Strata does not recommend or specify fasteners for your application. Please consult a structural engineer with your project details, including system configuration and framing components, to determine the appropriate fastener.

  • We price our products per square foot, and as a custom manufacturer, our options can affect costs. Please share your desired sizes, and we’ll provide budgetary pricing tailored to your needs.

  • Everything we offer is fully custom, based on your measurements and specifications. While we do not stock specific sizes, our team would be happy to let you know if there are any abandoned or extra products available.

  • Yes, thermally broken systems are standard, and we offer multiple glass options as well.

  • If you're seeking a specific STC/OITC rating, we can provide glass that meets your sound requirements. For sound ratings on our systems, please contact your Regional Account Manager for a list of rated options.

  • STG Windows is happy to review your hardware details with our engineering team to ensure compatibility with our systems. Please note that some of our door and window systems do not accommodate custom hardware beyond our standard offerings. Be sure to mention this to your sales manager when discussing your custom door.

  • Yes! If your project is within the United States, you will receive a 10-year warranty effective from the day of registration. For projects outside the United States, a 2-year warranty will apply, also effective from the day of registration. For more details visit our ‘Warranty’ page.
